Dealers of the Purple Cloth isn’t a brand, it’s a movement. Born out of love for hip-hop and fashion, our message is very clear: Ladies can roll out just as hard as the men. Streetwear isn’t just for the fellas anymore, and our movement represents that we drive own whips, pop our own bottles, and run our own businesses now. We cater to the women who hustle to get that paper. We glorify the hustle, not just to promote the lifestyle, but to endorse the mentality. All-or-nothing, ride or die. To us, it has the same meaning as “give me liberty or give me death.” After all, without this mentality there would be no movement.
Our designs aren’t for the faint of heart. Tongue-in-cheek graphics, cliché passages. Loud colors, creative combinations. A little bit of thug, a little bit of glamour. We use imagery and words that our audience can relate to, whether it’s phrase “Dig Your Own Gold” or “Money, Power, Respect.” The inspiration behind our designs and everything that we do is embodied by three words: individuality, expression, and confidence. And yes, our clientele walk with swagger because they are a cut above the rest.
