Hooch
Hooch began in 1993 as a small menswear brand, with its trademark style being baggy knitwear, snowboard style gear and quilted retro jackets.
In 1997 Hooch increased its offerings to include womenswear and became known for the use of colourful fabrics and fun designs.
From 1998, and as the business continued to expand, the focus shifted to developing womenswear. Later in 1998, and thanks to the Hooch Eskimo coat, Hooch rocketed in popuarity, became the high-end street brand on every girls' lips.
Because of its roaring success in the sector, Hooch became purely womenswear in 2004. The key to the brand's success: to not only be hot on key trends, but to combine those trends with the Hooch attitude to create cool, feminine, street wear fashion.
Over the last two years Hooch has gradually changed direction to cater to its more fashion forward customers while still keeping the essence of Hooch street style at the forefront of the design process.
