There are several different kinds of codes, explained below:

What is a Promotional Code?

Promo codes are codes that Karmaloop offers to customers for special discounts, special events, etc. These codes are entered in the box marked "Promo Code" on the checkout page.

What is a Gift Code?

Gift Codes are codes given to customers by Karmaloop. These codes are to be entered in the box marked "Promo Code" on the checkout page.

What is a Gift Certificate?

Gift Certificates are codes purchased by customers as gifts. These codes are to be entered in the box marked "Gift Certificates" on the checkout page.

What is a Store Credit Code?

Store Credit Codes are codes that are issued as store credit for returned merchandise. These codes are to be entered in the box marked "Gift Certificates" on the checkout page.

Coupons, discounts and gift certificates can only be accepted at Karmaloop.com direct and cannot be applied on Kazbah purchases.

In the main menu, select "Gift Certificates" from the "Categories" drop-down section.

Enter your recipient's information and the amount you would like to purchase. As soon as your order is approved, an email will be sent to you (and to the recipient, if you specify) with a Gift Code and instructions on how to redeem the certificate.

Your gift recipient will need the Gift Code in order to redeem the gift certificate.

After receiving your gift certificate, start shopping at Karmaloop.com!

During check out, enter your gift certificate in the gift certificate box. If you received your gift certificate through email, your code should have been provided in that mail. If you received a printed gift certificate, your code should have been written on the certificate by the person who gave you the gift.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card, check, PayPal, or money order.
