Direct Brand Shipping


Some Karmaloop items and all Kazbah Marketplace items are shipped directly from the brand, which is known as “Drop Shipping.” Unless noted otherwise, all drop shipped orders are sent within 10 days from when the order is placed. Delivery of drop shipped items takes approximately 3-7 business days after they are shipped. Since all drop shipped items ship from the brands’ warehouses, your drop shipped item(s) will arrive separately from an order that contains items from Karmaloop’s warehouse. If you order items marked for drop ship from multiple brands, you will receive separate packages from each brand. For example if you order from 3 different drop ship brands, you will receive 3 separate packages.



Shipping Restrictions


  • Shipping charges are calculated for each brand depending on weight and destination country.
  • Expedited Shipping (Express Next-Day & 2nd Day) is not available.
  • Promotion codes do not apply (this includes discount codes and free shipping codes).


International Shipping


Different brands that have chosen to ship items directly may have different shipping methods available.

  • Depending on the options made available by the brand, delivery of your package may take as long as 3-4 weeks.
  • Packages shipped from the Post Office may be untrackable.
  • Your shipping charge and service will vary based on package weight and country of destination.
  • Please note that ordering drop shipped items from multiple brands may result in multiple customs/duties fees. 



Returns Policy


Unless noted otherwise, most returns are processed by the brand. Please contact the brand directly before sending back any item for a return.

  • Do Not Ship Directly to Karmaloop or Karmaloop Warehouse: If you do this could delay the processing of your return and refund.
  • When contacting the brand regarding processing a return, please make sure you include the original invoice from your package and/or your order number.
  • Please make sure to write the same according to the brand’s instructions.
  • Karmaloop suggests that you send your item back to the brand with valid tracking information.
  • Karmaloop and its brands are not responsible for returned packages that are lost by the shipping courier.
