Extended Return Policy!


All purchases made from NOW thru December 25, 2015 will be for returnable for a store credit or exchange until January 15, 2016. This does not include intimate apparel or swimwear which is non-returnable.


Please Note:  Refunds will only be issued to items that have been returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.


How do I make a Return?


To make a return on Karmaloop, you must log into your My Account and visit your Order History. From there you will see a button that says “Return item” next to your recent purchases. Please note that many items on Karmaloop ship from different places so you need to process each item individually.


We recommend that you obtain tracking information when you send back returns to ensure the merchandise is returned safely.


How late can I place an order to get it before Christmas?



How do I use a Gift Certificate that has been given to me?

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for refunds. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay the balance with a credit card or through PayPal.


How do I cancel My order once it’s placed?

Cancellation request cannot be guaranteed once the order has been placed! Our warehouse is moving fast in order to get your packages out in a timely manner, if the cancellation is not successful you will have the option receive the item and set up a return.
