How do I make a Return or Exchange?

To make a return or an exchange on Karmaloop, you must create a Return Authorization number (RA #). To process your return and receive an RA number, please visit our returns page.

 

We’ve extended our return policy for The Holidays!

All purchases made from November 28th 2014 can be return through January 16, 2015 for a store credit or exchange, this does not include intimate apparel, beauty or swimwear, which items are non-returnable, Kazbah or Vendor Direct items.

And remember, you always have 30 days from receipt of your merchandise to get an RA# for a refund.

 

How late can I place an order to get it there by Christmas?

Tuesday, December 23: You must select overnight delivery by NOON on 12/23.

Monday, December 22: You must select 2nd day delivery by NOON on 12/22.

Sunday, December 16th – 21st: Will be the Last Day to place an order using standard shipping, in order to get your item(s) in time by Christmas.

 

Are there any brand restrictions for the holidays?

Promotional codes do not apply to all items, certain restrictions might apply. Promo codes do not work on Vendor Direct or Kazbah items. Check out this link for details.

 

How do I use a Gift Certificate that has been given to me?

After receiving your gift certificate, start shopping at Karmaloop.com!

During check out, enter your gift certificate code in the gift certificate box (marked Gift Certificate /Store Credit). If you received your gift certificate through email, your code will be in that email. If you received a printed gift certificate, your code will be written on it.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card, check, PayPal, or money order.
