Karmaloop Vendor Direct
Some Karmaloop items and all Kazbah items are shipped directly from the brand (“Vendor Direct”).
Since each Vendor Direct brand ships from its own warehouse, your Drop Ship item(s) will arrive separately from the rest of your Karmaloop order. If you order from multiple Vendor Direct brands, you will receive separate packages from each brand.
Karmaloop promotion codes (including discount and free shipping codes) may not apply on some Vendor Direct brands. Please click here for a list of restricted brands.
Vendor Direct: US Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, all Vendor Direct orders are sent within 10 days from when the order is placed and delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days from the ship date.
Once an order is placed the brand immediately starts processing it. There is no guarantee that any changes can be made to your order including cancellations.
Shipping charges are calculated for each brand depending on weight and destination.
Expedited Shipping (Express Next-Day & 2nd Day) is not available for Vendor Direct items.
APO/FPO Shipping may not be available.
Vendor Direct: International Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, all Vendor Direct orders are sent within 10 days from when the order is placed and international delivery takes approximately 1-2 weeks from the ship date.
Shipping charges and service will vary based on package weight and country of destination.
Ordering from multiple Vendor Direct brands may result in multiple customs/duties fees.
At their request some Vendor Direct brands can only be shipped to, or are restricted from shipping to, certain countries. Please click here for details.
Vendor Direct Return Policy
To find out how to return items please go to the “Order History” section under the “My Account” tab. There you will find your recent orders and be able to click the “Return Item” button. If you have any questions regarding returns please contact our support team at email@example.com
We also recommend that you request a tracking number when shipping your product back to the brand to ensure successful delivery.
Karmaloop and its brands are not responsible for returned packages that are lost by the shipping courier.
