Recent Order Issues

As many of you may already know, Karmaloop is in the process of a restructuring. We always keeps it 100 with our customers and we want to make it known that we are working towards honoring all customer obligations.

 

First to start with some good news, as of March 24th, we are 100% open for business. All orders placed after March 23rd are guaranteed to ship. Our brands are supporting us in this sensitive time and they are fully on board with the restructuring.

 

For our customers awaiting refunds for orders placed on or before March 23rd, you can be rest assured that we are working to get those transactions processed. We are working with our lenders and legal team to ensure that all of these transactions get processed. Those with current or pending gift cards/credits will be able to use them once the reorganization makes this possible. We recognize that some of you have been waiting a really long time and this has caused a lot of frustration. This restructuring will allow us to get back to 100% and deliver the same great products and service that our customers expect. We ask for and appreciate your patience as we process all customer requests in the next few weeks.

 

How do I know if I have to file a claim or not? Will it be based on the order date?

All customers who have an account balance prior to March 24th can file a claim. They should visit the website at www.omnimgt.com/Karmaloop , look up their name in alphabetical order, and confirm the reported number is correct. If it is not correct, the customer should make a claim with the correct amount. Please note it may take approximately 30 days for the information to be available.

When will it be safe to order from Karmaloop again?

We are 100% open for business. All orders placed after March 23rd are guaranteed to ship. Our brands are supporting us in this sensitive time and are fully on board with the restructuring. All orders will ship within 10 days of the order date.

When can I use my store credit?

All value-related cards, gift certificates, representative codes, and returns processing are suspended for approximately 30 days. We will continue to provide updates on when a customer can re-start using them.
