Can I use a coupon codes or gift certificate for Kazbah purchaes?
Coupons, discounts and gift certificates can only be accepted at karmaloop.com direct and cannot be applied on Kazbah purchases. Karmaloop Rep Codes do work with Kazbah items.

Do Kazbah brands ship internationally?
Yes - but it does not qualify for free shipping.

If I need to return an item purchased on the Kazbah, where do I send it?
All items should be shipped back to the brand. Their address is provided on HERE

If I have a question about a product sold by a particular brand on the Kazbah, who do I contact?
Each brand's contact info is provided on the brand page.

If I order something from the Kazbah and something from Karmaloop.com Direct, will they arrive at the same time?
It is possible, but most likely not. All Karmaloop.com Direct orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ohio and all Kazbah purchases are shipped from the individual brands.

Can I use the Next Afternoon or 2nd Day Shipping options for my Kazbah items?
No, unfortunately, expedited shipping options are not available on Kazbah items. Since Kazbah items do not ship from the Karmaloop warehouse, we cannot guarantee their delivery time.

How often are new items added to the Kazbah?
Quite often. Some Kazbah brands put out one entire line at a time, while others put out new individual items often. Also, we are continually adding new brands to the Kazbah so make sure to always
check back!
