A$AP Ferg’s "Work" Remix Adds A$AP Rocky, French Montana, Schoolboy Q and Trinidad James to the Timesheet

There are plenty of hip hop songs called “Work” and they all define the term differently (Gang Starr definitely had a different idea of work than Meek Mill did), but none of them get down to the nitty gritty of labor like A$AP Ferg. The remix of the track just dropped, featuring pretty much the same beat but with a beefed up roster. A$AP Rocky, French Montana, Schoolboy Q, and Trinidad James lend their insights on the nature of work and how it applies to personal philosophy, romantic engagements, and thugs that fall on either side of a semi.

This brings us back to our video for the orignal “Work,” which dropped last fall. That was one hell of a day. This is how Ferg actually wakes up every morning, brushing his teeth as he paces his desolate courtyard in a bathrobe. We weren’t even surprised when that delusional boxer and the sexy though unshaven ballerinaed flocked to his haven and took its depravity to the next level. True grit.
