Mobb Deep hits the Karmaloop Studio To Reveal Unreleased Collabs With Nas And Raekwon [Breakfast Club]

As the 20th anniversary of the Infamous album approaches, the Queensbridge murderers better known as Mobb Deep hit the Breakfast Club to let the world know about their plans to take over the 2014. Bringing that classic 90’s rap attitude to the table, it’s clear to see that fame and fortune haven’t changed the duo one bit.

The first highlight comes when the Mobb reveals that on their new record, The Infamous LP, contains previously unreleased joints featuring Nas, Raekwon and Ghostface. When pressed on if these verses were old or new, Prodigy claimed they were new verses that never saw the light of day until now. Whoa. The last time Nas, Mobb and The WU hopped on a record, they created the legendary “Verbal Intercourse” which still stands as one of the most incredible displays of lyricism of all time.

The second moment comes when Prodigy reveals that he thinks Drake could “chew Jay Z out on a record.” Granted, P and Jay have their history ever since Hov put a picture of Prodigy in a ballet outfit on the 2001 Summer Jam screen, but that might be taking it too far. We’re big fans of Drake, but we don’t see him out rhyming Jay anytime soon. Sorry, y’all. Click play to watch the rest of Havoc and P talk their talk and don’t miss their theories on UFOs while you’re at it. Yes, UFOs.

We rock with the Mobb heavy and can’t wait to listen to the new joint. Check out what the KarmaloopTV crew cooked up for Prodigy when he told us he wanted to “give ’em hell.”
