A dejected, battered, bruised, crazy, corny, confused, lovesick Peter Gunz stopped through The Breakfast Club yesterday. He’s on the new season of Love and Hip Hop: New York, giving the nation full access to his barrage of fucked-up relationships. Basically, he was dating one girl for 13 years and then abruptly left her to marry his “side chick,” but tried to keep their marriage a secret. Oh, and he has a whole other family in New Orleans.
You know things aren’t going well when you’re asked if you proposed because you were drunk, and it’s even worse when the answer is yes. Just to reiterate–Peter Gunz left his girlfriend of 13 YEARS to marry his “side chick” on an impulse while he was wasted. And he’s putting the fallout on television to make money. I’m not sure what’s more alarming: our incredibly vain society so succinctly and morbidly exemplified, or how fake, corny, and stupid this whole thing is.
