Pharrell Announces New Album In March Called “GIRL”

March 3rd. That’s the day everything changes again. For the first time since 2006, Pharrell Williams is dropping an official solo album and we don’t remember the last time we were this Happy. Ok, maybe that was a little corny.

Though there are very few details about collaborators, song titles and such, we do know that Pharrell won’t be rapping on it. And after his showcasing his bars on Future’s “Move That Dope,” Remix, we’re a little disappointed to hear this, but honestly we all know Pharrell can do no wrong. After stealing the show on “Get Lucky” and “Happy,” we can only imagine what Skateboard P is gonna cook up this time. On his first solo venture in 2004, P produced the masterful “Frontin‘” featuring Jay Z, and hasn’t fallen off since, so you better believe we have high hopes for G I R L.
