Dedicated Lifting Shoes
Dedicated lifting shoes. I'm happy. Break in took a few weeks in the gym and a few daily wears. Runs large. Sized down to 11.5 from 12. Likely could have sized down to 11. Happy to have a little space in the toe box.

The perfect shoe
My son has very specific taste and super wide feet. These are the only shoes he wants every time it is time to replace shoes. You can wear them with any outfit, they hold their shape, they last long, and they even wear well when they get a little worn out. We love them and will continue to buy them.

Strange long tongue on the shoes.
My husband won't wear them, because the tongue is to long and it is hitting off his skin. I told him to cut it, but he said that would ruin the tongue. It does stick above the shoe weirdly, I don't know. They probably will get thrown out. But the fit is good and true. The shipping was fast and no problems there. It's just hassle that he won't wear them.

The Classic look
If you like the white shoes look, but can't keep them clean because of the canvas...these are the ones! These can be wiped off because of the leather. Love them!

7 years of wear!
At the time I got these, they ran a little small so I sized up. I got the all white ones nearly 7 years ago during my last year of high school so they’ve been through just about everything with me. The leather still looks great and I’d give it the occasional wipe down and it looks just as white as when I got them, can’t say the same for the sole as it finally started to detach and glue no longer held it together… finally onto my next pair!! Totally worth it and excited for my new pair.

Great shoe for jumping rope
I use these shoes five days a week to jump rope for an hour and they last me a solid year. I’ve tried a few versions of converse which work great because they have flat souls, and these are by far the best because they are made of a very light leather.

Order your usual Converse size.
Don't believe the description of running a half-size too big. If you are an avid Converse wearer, order the size Converse you normally wear. I ordered a half-size down and they are way too small. Other than that, this shoe is slick! I now want both a black pair

Quality Control
Upon receiving the shoes, there were white stains on them. I was very surprised as they came straight from Converse and not the mall or store. I expected the quality control to be a whole lot better. There was an opportunity for embarrassment because the shoes were a gift to a good friend of mine. I offered to return them or exchange them, but my friend decided to keep them. The presentation didn’t represent excellence which is what I’m most bothered about. Other than that, my friend really likes the shoes.

Look and feel great!
These are a great upgrade to classic hightop Chuck Taylors. They look and feel great, the leather is lovely, and they hold up well. I find them to be a fantastic alternative to boots in the summer. They are a little harder to get into and out of then I would like - but they are worth it.

Hard to find size found
After looking for my actual foot size I usually have to buy too big in the converse offered at other sites. This site is great. They have the perfect size and wide to boot(sneaker I mean). Anyway this is the place for converse alright. My favorite for 50 years. Thanks for being here.

Looks gorgeous, but needs better insole
I've only worn them a couple of times, but they don't seem to need breaking in, which is a plus. They look great but they could be more comfortable. I've added a memory foam insole, which makes them tighter but I'm confident the leather will stretch. If Converse made these with the Ortho insole for more comfort, they'd be perfect!

Classic and Necessary for Every Wardrobe
This is the classic shoe with the style ever one needs to add to their wardrobe arsenal. Its made from the same templet the chuck 70, and classic chucks are made from so they run a little big. If you already know this, then the only thing to be focused on is completing the collection.

Modern look to a classic style
I've been wearing these for years , mainly to play my drums and they are perfect for that.

More durable than canvas.
These are excellent. My kid is hard on canvas shoes, and having a leather option is perfect. They're more durable than the canvas shoes and should last her years.. Unless her feet start growing again. They're just like normal Chucks, just made of leather. I sized down as suggested, and the fit is perfect. The only problem is now I need to get her a few more pairs in other colors.

Timeless and Comfortable
