REWARDS PROGRAM

The Karma Loot Reward Program allows you to earn coins for the things you already do. Coins are awarded based on customers actions such as purchases, referring friends and submitting reviews to just mention a few. 

Benefits of Reward Loot for Registered Customers

Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue reward coins, which are then redeemable at the time of purchase towards the cost of your order. Rewards are an added bonus to your shopping experience on the site and are just one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal customer.

Earning Reward Loot

Reward loot can currently be earned for the following actions:

• Purchase Product - Every dollar you spend you earn 5 coins.
• Purchase Marketplace Product - Every dollar you spend you earn 1 coin.
• Registering at Karmaloop.com - Earn 250 coins.
• Subscribing to a newsletter for the first time - Earn 125 coins.
• Review Submission - 50 coins for each review, max of 5 reviews.

Reward Coin Exchange Rates

For every 1250 coins, you earn $20 towards your next purchase.  Loot will be added to your account 30 days after purchase.

Redeeming Reward Coin

You can redeem your reward coins at checkout. If you have accumulated enough coins to redeem them you will have the option of using them as one of the payment methods. The option to use reward loot, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent of this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable reward loot can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards, and more.

Reward Loot Minimums and Maximums

You must earn 1250 coins before exchanging them for credit. You can only earn a maximum of 2500 coins per day.

Managing My Reward Loot

You have the ability to view and manage your coins through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total coins (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum coin limit and a cumulative history of coin acquired, redeemed, and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding your loot, including expiration notifications.

Reward Loot Expiration

Reward loot expire after 6 months. Coins will expire in the order form which they were first earned.

Note: You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose coins, as well as coin expiration notifications. This option is found in the Reward Loot section of the My Account area.
